Pourquoi l'avoir appelée CREMA ? C'est une bonne question. Tout d’abord mon nom de famille, TESHIGAWARA, est extrêmement long . J’ai voulu donner à ma société un nom court et féminin à la fois. CREMA veut dire "crème" en italien et en espagnol. Je voudrais qu’elle soit la "Crème de la crème", pure, blanche, crémeuse, onctueuse, mais avec légèreté et finesse. CREMA est aussi facile à prononcer pour les Japonais, facile à retenir pour les Français grâce aux fameux bonbons KREMA !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depuis la création de CREMA en 2000, j’ai rencontré beaucoup de chefs de cuisines franco-japonais et espagnols, travaillé avec des sociétés franco-japonaises, italiennes et d’autres encore... Les activités de CREMA se sont diversifiées (en restant toujours dans les métiers de la bouche). Il est devenu difficile d’expliquer ce je fais comme travail en seul mot. C’est une des raisons pour lesquelles j'ai commencé à écrire ce blog. Le texte sera principalement en japonais. Toutefois, je serai ravie de partager avec vous, à l’aide de quelques images, le monde où je vis, mes visions, mes expériences culinaires, des souvenirs de voyages dans le monde, les dernières nouvelles de Tokyo. Heureusement le monde auquel j’appartiens est assez facile à comprendre.
